Return and Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your order but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on your first order.
If you are returning more than one item from your order, please return them together as a single return, this is to ensure you are eligible for free returns.
To make a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at email@example.com within 28 days of receiving your order and our customer service team will be able to assist you.
We offer an exchange or refund on credit note for full-priced and sale items. You will need to have contacted our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days and your item must arrive back to us within 28 days of raising your return/exchange. Please note that sample sale items. Also, food & drink are not refundable.
Contento reserves the right to refuse a refund on items that are not returned correctly. Please note the below requirements.
Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
All garment tags must be attached.
Original packaging must be intact - including any Authenticity cards, dust bags etc.
We are unable to accept any returned items which have been damaged, soiled or discoloured. We don't offer exchange or refund for personalised items.
All items are quality checked before dispatch. However if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer care team to return your item for an exchange. All faulty returns are accepted at the discretion of Contento.
