We hope that you are happy with your order but if you are not entirely satisfied, all items can be returned 14 days of receiving you order.
To make a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at hello@contento10.com within 14 days of receiving your order and our customer team will be able to assist you.
As we are offering free shipping for all orders, we want help you as much as we can so we will cover half your shipping cost for returns on your first order. If you have more than one item, If you are returning more than one item from your order, please return them together as a single return.
Returns Policy
We offer an exchange or refund on full-priced and sale items. You will need to have contacted our customer care team at hello@contento10.com within 14 days and your item must arrive back to us within 14 days of raising your return/exchange.
Contento reserves the right to refuse a refund on items that are not returned correctly. Please note the below requirements.
Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
All garment tags must be attached.
Original packaging must be intact - including any Authenticity cards, dust bags etc.
We are unable to accept any returned items which have been damaged, soiled or discoloured.
Faulty/Damaged Items
All items are quality checked before dispatch. However if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer care team to return your item for a refund. All faulty returns are accepted at the discretion of Contento.
